I am a trademark attorney who is passionate about the great outdoors, responsible business, and harmony. I thrive on creativity and enjoy helping my clients ensure longevity of their business, its character, and creations in a collaborative process designed to meet their goals and budget.

My firm -- The Law Office of Lara Pearson, Ltd. (“LOLP”) -- is an environmentally and socially conscious intellectual property (“IP”) law firm. We mainly handle trademark and copyright issues including: IP identification; clearance; registration; transfers; dispute resolution; and litigation. We primarily serve the LOHAS community (those leading Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability), and the live music community.

Our Mission is to provide the best service by combining creativity, knowledge and passion to evolve effective solutions to intellectual property issues, while educating and inspiring others through our concern for them & the natural environment.

LOLP is a B Corporation, which belongs to Co-Op America and 1% for the Planet. LOLP’s Leader, Lara, serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of 1% for the Planet, on the Advisory Board of Rock the Earth and she is an affiliate member of the Social Venture Network.
